Shipping & Refunds
Original Graffix Post all orders after they are processed. We currently need 10-15 business days to paint an order before it is sent. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday during business hours once an order is processed.
Each hat is carefully hand painted individually, which is why we require time to paint your order.
You will recieve your tracking code from AusPost after we have processed your order, not upon ordering. If you are having any problems with your order, please do not hesitiate to contact us via email, as we are available to reply on weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
EXPECTED DELIVERY WAITING TIMES
Due to a backlog of orders, Australian orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days from the date of payment, as we require 7-10 days to paint the order before it is sent.
International orders (including New Zealand) may take between 7-10 days to receive once they are dispatched.
ORIGINAL GRAFFIX ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY
All items are NON REFUNDABLE and NON EXCHANGEABLE.
Please note we do not refund items base on 'change of taste'.
We will provide refunds in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided it is NOT due to wear and tear, and is due to the manufacturing fault. Goods must be returned in the original packaging.
When returning goods, the expense for postage is paid by the customer.
If you believe the goods are faulty, please include a receipt for postage inside the parcel.
If the item is determined faulty, we will replace the faulty item and refund the postage fee.
All goods that are being returned must include all original packaging. This includes all stickers, tags etc. If not, the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
The product can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
While we do take all care possible to ensure you recieve your goods, we cannot take responsibilty for any damage done during the delivery process.
CREDITS & REFUNDS
When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: email@example.com with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no information or without contacting us first will not get actioned.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
Factors outside of Original Graffix control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.
